FY20 has tested our society and economy in previously unfathomable ways. Throughout these disruptions, CA ANZ continued to supply education, resources and personal support for their members, helping them to navigate disruption and make a real difference to their clients, their businesses and the communities in which they operate.
CA ANZ exists to provide value, advocacy and representation for its members through accreditation, education and community networking events. COVID-19 presented a serious challenge to their modus operandi. Throughout this disruption CA ANZ proved that they are a future-focused organisation, implementing a rapid pivot towards digital learning, support and communication.
CA ANZ needed to ensure their Annual Review was accessible and informative for all members, with a message that could clearly articulate how they as an organization have risen to the challenge in very unique circumstances. Designate started the process with a messaging workshop and stakeholder interviews, to craft a relevant and compelling narrative which addressed the events of the past 12 months and how they impacted operations, CA’s response for members and their clients, and how this will likely shape the organisation moving forward.
Creating a digital first report was proof that CA ANZ are focussed on the future and delivering engaging, rich content in a way that is easily accessible to their audiences.
The reporting microsite structure included inspirational case studies that were aligned with the CA ANZ strategy. The information architecture enables users to find information with ease and the use of video content was embedded throughout for an engaging user experience. Visually the brand came to life with a strong use of branded imagery, infographics, icons and interactions that completed the full experience.
