The role of the CEFC is to stimulate private sector investment into initiatives that help Australia address some of its toughest emissions challenges. It is a responsibility that they take seriously, and must meet with leadership, courage and commercial rigour.
In order to address the opportunities and challenges in the clean energy sector, the CEFC must attract, develop and retain the highest quality workforce. They needed to create a blueprint to equip their teams with the necessary skills and capabilities to deliver on their mandate, and describe a common, validated set of skills, knowledge and attributes required for successful performance.
We created a unique look and feel for the CEFC internal communications, featuring a variety of people and digital dashboard interface elements. These can be used in combination to represent the critical role their people play, often behind the scenes, enabling positive outcomes for Australia's clean energy economy.
The illustrations and user interface dashboard elements were then applied to a Framework, based on 11 distinct capabilities that describe the behaviours that will lead to success at the CEFC. To further embed the values and associated behaviours, we created environmental graphics that were placed prominently in common spaces throughout their corporate offices across Australia.
