1992-1994 Trevor Benson and Roger Lindeback launch Lindeback Benson providing marketing, advertising and design services. Moved from small and medium retail orientated clients to work within the financial and legal sectors with clients such as Towers Perrin, Macquarie Bank, Prudential and Pertpetual Trustees.

1995-1999 Renamed as Designate Corporate Design & Communications, Martin Taylor joined as 3rd Partner, and moved into the government sector providing corporate communications for major departments such as RTA, Tourism NSW, TAFE NSW, Dairy Corporation, Sydney Water and Motor Accidents Authority.

2000-2004 Expanding to be a force in corporate communications being an official supplier for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, Branding and major communications projects for non-government clients Downer EDI, Baulderstone Hornibrook, Fujitsu and Keycorp and Annual Reports for many mid sized public companies as well as ASIC.

2005-2007 Further developed expertise in the Reporting and Investor market through the appointment of Renee Carter to the executive team and invested in research and development of IT online opportunities for the blue chip corporate sector. Producing quality printed and online reports and investor communications for Coca-Cola Amatil, Caltex, 3, HCF, NRMA and AMP.

Restructured as Designate Group into a number of individual business units with focus on four key business areas: creative, investor, communications and delivery.

2008- Bringing together the strengths of our business experience this group of individual business units, each a specialist in its own area, applying our approach of integrating marketing and strategic planning with design, creativity and communications expertise together with IT imagination and innovation enables Designate to provide our client companies with not only the total range of business and communication solutions, but most importantly, the specific solution for their individual needs.
