Trevor Benson – Chairman & CEO
With more than 30 years of senior and executive management experience in both the public and private sectors, including more than 19 years as CEO and Chairman of what is now Designate Group, Trevor provides the leadership, knowledge and skill that drive Designate's strategic business growth and success.
Renee Carter – Executive Director
With 14 years experience in branding and corporate communications, Renee led Designate's successful expansion and growth in the investor relations communication sector. Renee's experience in best practice Reporting has been gleaned from successfully delivering high quality Reporting results for many of Australia's leading companies and seven years service with Australasian Reporting Awards (ARA) including heading up the Online Reporting Award and more recently joining the ARA Awards Committee. She is also Chair of Child Abuse Prevention Service (CAPS), a position she has held since early 2009.
Roger Lindeback – Director, Strategy & Creativity
As a founding partner of Designate Group, Roger is one of Australia’s specialists in corporate brand and communications development. Originally honing his skills in advertising, publishing and design in Melbourne and the UK, his 20 years experience as Creative Director and keen strategic abilities uniquely qualify him to lead and inspire a team of exceptional designers and communicators. It is Roger’s mandate to keep Designate at the forefront of innovative brand and communications in the mainstream and digital space, maximizing every opportunity to maintain similar leadership positions for Australia’s top corporates.
Martin Taylor – Director, Innovation & Systems
Martin Taylor has been at the forefront of technology in the design industry for the past 25 years and continues to research and develop opportunities to harness technology for creative excellence and quality control. Martin's vision for online delivery of reporting and investor relations communications ensures our clients are at the cutting edge of IT development.
